FAQ

What is the check-in and check-out time?

You can check in at any time after 3:00 pm and check out by 0:00 pm noon.  Please kindly advise us in advance if you are arriving at our hotel after midnight. 

Is it possible to have early check-in or late check-out?

It shall be subject to room availabiltiy upon your arrival or departure and cannot be guaranted in advance.  In the event that early check-in or late check-out is not available, we’re pleased to keep your luggagge at the reception desk.

Is it possible to use credit card or e-Money for payment?

Accepted Credit Cards are:
Visa, Master, JCB, DINERS, AMEX, DISCOVER, Union Pay etc.
Accepted e-Money are:
Prepaid transportation cards, ID, Rakuten Edy, WAON, nanaco, QUICPay etc.
※Above payment methods are available for on-site payment at hotel only.
※Kindly contact us for other cards. Debit cards are accepted.

Can I leave luggage prior to check-in or after check-out?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk prior to check-in or after check-out if you can pick it up within the day.

Do you accept luggage or parcels sent to you prior to check-in?

Yes, we can receive and keep your luggage or parcels at the reception desk up to 1 week prior to check-in.  Please make sure that it shall be pre-paid and be shipped under the same name as booked along with the hotel name.

What equipment can I borrow from the hotel?

Desk lights / Mobile phone chargers / Irons & Ironing boards / Trouser presses / Humidifiers / Sewing sets / Blankets / Pillows with nonfreezing gel inside / Nail clippers / Cork screws / Wheelchairs / Baby cots (JPY 1,000 per stay). 

What are the amenities in the room?

Shampoo / Hair conditioner / Body wash / Hand and facial soap / Face towels / Bath towels / Tooth brush set / Hair brush / Cotton swabs / Shower caps / Cotton pads / Razor / Slippers / Hair drier / Pajamas / Air and fabric mist

Is there a barrier-free room?

Yes, we have one twin barrier-free room.  Please make a reservation online with a Non-smoking twin room and contact us with the request by phone or email.

What equipment is there in the room?

Free Wi-Fi access / 40 inch LCD TV / Air cleaner with humidifying function / Digital safety box / Wardrobe

Can I add breakfast after arrival?

Yes, you can have breakfast with the additional charge of JPY 2,970 per adult (JPY 1,485 per child) per day.  You can purchase breakfast coupons at the reception desk or directly at the restaurant.

Is WIFI or Internet access available in room?

Yes, we have free WIFI in rooms. Also LAN is available. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any virus or malware infections, loss of date, or other damages that may occur during use of this service. Show connections or an inability to connect to the service may be caused by the network environment of the guest’s device or by heavy network traffic. The hotel also does not provide any support for guest PC, communication device environments, or configuration of various related settings.

Can I purchse hotel amenity goods?

Yes, there’s a shop on the lobby floor, where you can purchase hotel’s original goods such as pillows, pajamas, bathrobes, hotel’s original aroma diffuser “Stifum” alongwith a wide variety of made-in-Japan souveniors.

Is there any laundromats in the hotel?

No, we have paid laundry services instead, which are available daily except Sundays and Holidays.

Is there any car parks in the hotel, and if so how much will it cost?

Yes, we have a car park in the hotel and it costs JPY 2,500 per night (2:00 pm – 2:00 pm noon).  We don’t accept reservation in advance and it is available on First-come and First-served basis.  Please check our Access page for more detailed information.

Can I add breakfast after arrival?

Is there any smoking section in your restaurant?

From 5:00 p.m. to closing time on weekdays, smoking is allowed at outside terrace tables.

Can children stay along with the parents?

Children aged up to 6 (preshcool age) can stay free of charge if using existing bedding (ONE child per ONE bed).

Do you have baby cots or bed guards?

We have baby cots, which can be provided for infants aged up to 17 months with the additional charge of JPY 1,000 per stay, while baby guards are unfortunately not available in our hotel.  Instead, we can join 2 or 3 beds together if necessary.  Please kindly contact us beforehand if you need a baby cot under the above conditions or need an arrangement of joined beds.

The reservation made by the telephone is a lower rate.

The best rate is applicable on our official website only.

The rates on a brochure of the travel agencies show lower.

It not applicable since our hotel is not able to control the rates by each travel agency.

When we made a reservation a week ago, it was the lowest rate on the official website. However, another reservation website has the lowest rate right now.

You must claim within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Different rates are showing during weekdays.

It must be applied only on the same date.

It is the same room type, but, the city view on other reservation websites shows lower rates than sea view on the ofiicial website.

It must be the same room type with the same condition (the same view).

A credit card member’s qwbsite has a lower rate.

That is the specific organization, so it is not applicable.

Lower rates are available on overseas reservation websites.

It is not applicable as you will need to fill a credit card number to make a reservation in advance on overseas reservation website.

We made a reservation for 1 night from XXXX, but comparing it with for 2 nights is a lower rate on another reservation website.

It is applicable only if the same dates (Check-in date and Check-out date.)

A standard room is still available on other reservation website, but not on the official website.

It is applicable for only the same room type at the time of reservation.
