|If you use this website to reserve your stay, the reservation will be deemed complete once the reservation completion notice appears on the customer’s screen.
|Refunds Due to the nature of the products and services offered, no refunds are provided after the guest’s stay.
Based on the general terms and conditions for accommodation, cancellations can be made free of charge until two days before the date of arrival. Starting from one day before arrival, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Cancellations the day before the date of arrival: 20% of accommodation fee
Cancellations on the day of arrival: 80% of accommodation fee
No-show with no notice: 100% of accommodation fee
